By working in phases. One aisle or zone goes down at a time while the rest of the building keeps shipping, and each zone is rebuilt at the new site in the order it is needed. If daytime work is not an option, crews work nights or weekends, and material is staged so it does not block active aisles.

Every piece is looked at as it comes down. Damaged or corroded parts are photographed and either repaired with an engineered kit or replaced. You get a written record of what was reused, repaired and replaced, which is useful for insurance and asset records.
