Missouri City is mostly homes, but its industrial side is concentrated and modern. Nearly all of it clusters where Beltway 8 crosses US-90A on the city’s northeast edge. That interchange holds Park 8Ninety, the CityPark Logistics Center and the Gateway Southwest Industrial Park, a group of newer distribution and light manufacturing buildings with quick access to US-59/I-69, SH-6, the Fort Bend Toll Road and the rest of southwest Houston. For racking, that means a larger share of big, tall buildings than the city’s size would suggest, with bulk distribution next to build-to-suit manufacturing. Most of Missouri City lies in Fort Bend County, but a small part crosses into Harris County.
