Value comes from system type, condition, quantity and how common the design is. Structurally sound. Surface rust, scuffs and chipped paint are cosmetic. Bent or twisted uprights, damaged base plates, torn beam connectors or corrosion that has eaten into the steel are not, and those pieces go to scrap rather than resale.
